This coffee is our first release on our Limited Reserve Line. We are so excited to offer these coffees on our line-up as they are some of the rarest coffees that have been used throughout the World Stage. This first coffee is from ABU Coffee Farms in Panama.

15 Grams Coffee
256 Ml Water
Pours:
0-15 sec pour 40 ml of water
15-30 sec wait for the bloom
30 sec - 1 min pour 120 ml of water
1-1.15 mins wait for coffee to drain
1.15-1.45 min pour 96 ml of water
wait for coffee to drain
